Eh, it's definitely possible.

35lbs is a possibility but to have it be all muscle is not.

It was likely a combination of water retention and fat. Your most gifted athletes can only add about 0.5 to 1.0 grams of lean muscle to their frame every week, which over a summer would be approximately 12 pounds. If he gained 35 pounds, then in all likelyhood 20-25 pounds of that was nothing but fat. Even with steroids 35 pounds of lean muscle over 12 weeks would be impossible.

Nah ya right, I don't like being told that i'm wrong. I ain't mad about it though. I just can't for the life of me see what's so stupid about not drownin' myself in random supplements. If only believing that protein shakes and creatine are all you need as supplements is stupid then you are the messiah and I must not know anything about health and fitness

The most common trait of a tosser. Thank you and goodnight.

We have been over this before, Billy. Just because Southpaw and yourself may know about 1000s the latest fat burning pills and steroid alternatives does not mean that what I have said is silly. I can name you 40 different film shorts made by Stanley Kubrick. Will it make me look smarter? No. It would make me look like a prat. Very much like yourself.

Get over your need to force rudely force your opinion onto others. It's sad by this point.

Damn this tit for tat is idiotic... and I contributed to it...

Wow.

-No one here is advocating large amounts of supplements. Neither me nor Southpaw take them, nor do we suggest other people do. Got it?
-I don't think you know anyhting about supplements, given your earlier posts in this thread. I would say Southpaw, Recon and Wukka agree. That should tell you something.
-I wouldn't go into a thread about Stanley Kubrick and start advising people. I'd look like a twat because I would know nothing about it. You on the other hand would be well entitled to.
-Nobody here is enforcing their opinion on you. You can stop reading anytime, but don't come to a PUBLIC forum and give advice and then get all pissy when more knowledgable people(not me) tell you you are wrong. It's ridiculous.

May I remind you where this started?

That is indeed so, mate.

The only other thing that works is that NO Explode stuff. But then that's just another powerful form of creatine. Honestly you don't need anything more than protein shakes and creatine. Trust me. Oh and lots and lots of water

You were done three pages ago. Since then you have said absolutely nothing to actually back up what you said. You simply got overly insulted and started desperately trying to defend yourself by calling people "twat" and "tosser" when people told you you were wrong and pretended they were advocating the use of massive amounts of supplements.

And to top it all off, just to really prove that you have nothing to say, you try to neg rep me. Good job, I might want to watn you you have no rep power though.

i had a nice laugh reading those posts dark knight, people call you wrong and you go on saying you arent mad, just insulting people online. Haha. Like negation said, no one is advocating drowning yourself in supplements, but to say anything other then whey and creatine is junk is simply ignorant. Why not research the stuff you are calling junk instead of getting pissy about it? I will laugh if you post on this again, you seem horus

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
