Monohydrate, Ethyl Ester, or Tri-Malate?

Hey guys, I was thinking of buying some creatine and I am wondering which one is the best type. I know there is like some big arguement over CEE, but can you please explain all the benifits and disadvantages or whatever?

Horus Ra, do me a favor and DO NOT post on my thread because no one likes you .

Dont know anything about the difference between the 3. But I use the Micronized Monohydrate because it is easily absorbed into your system and also since it is micronized, it is suspended longer in whatever you are drinking so you dont have to keep mixing.

Monohydrate is the only proven form of Creatine. I hear Creatine Gluconate is pretty good as well.
