Too much bulk?

Hey, how do you know when you have reached the point were extra bulk will only serve to slow you down? I mean, if your like 6"7 and 205 Lbs. then that is not good, but if your like 350 Lbs. that is not good either.

Too much bulk for what? MMA? When you start running out of oxygen early. Same for any sport.

But the fact is it won't happen. Just ******* won't, and it is ridiculous you think it could or would. You aren't gonna suddenly wake up one morning and realise yoy gained 30lbs of extra muscle.

It depends. Some folks put on muscle easily. And others use chemical enhancements. And some fit both camps.

I've known a couple of dudes that put on 30 pounds in a year. Unless you have the heart of an elephant, you can't keep that up for too many years before you're gassing hardcore.

Most folks, though, can put on at least 10 pounds per year. They won't hit their limit overnight, but they certainly can hit their cardio peak - especially if they aren't doing pretty intense cardio work as well.
