Yeah, follow a proper diet plan, do light resistance training and skip for 30 minutes every day. 15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes at night.

Fat is easily stored but a pain to lose. So I would stop eating super fatty foods (so you don't add to the problem) and work out a lot. Running seems the best. If you don't have a lot of time try walking or biking whenever you can and take the stairs. Try to be as physical as you can when you don't have a lot of time.
