Make your own Sports Drink
Just like gatorade or powerade.
Heres how i make mine... i make orange usually.
1/4 packet of orange coolaid mix... Do not add too much
1 cup orange juice
9 TBSP sugar
3/8 tsp salt (as long as its less than half a tsp)
2 liters of water.
Add a bunch of ice cubes and put in fridge.
or if you want a different flavor
10 tbs. sugar (5/8 cups or 120 grams)
1/4 tsp Sea salt (4.2 grams) or Mortonís lite
1 package of unsweetened Koolade mix for flavor
2 liters water
Add some juice of the same flavor. If your making cherry add a splah or two of welchs cherry juice. etc
1 cup green tea, hey antioxidants are good :)
1 chuck norris tear(very hard to come by, considering he doesnt cry.
1 72 ounce steak, a man needs his protein.
3 cups milk...self explanitory
full jug of creatine, cus its the shit
preperation: put in glass and hand to st. leg kicker, who shall stare at it. the drink shall blend itself out of fear.
