Creatine ethyl Ester

Has anyone else taken this stuff? I just got some today and took my first 1/2 tablespoon after bjj class. This stuff tastes absolutely horrible. I can't even explain to the extent of how bad it was. I've taken creatine monohydrate before and it is tasteless, but this stuff is bad. I hope it works.

yeah, tastes bad but you get used to it quick. Good stuff for endurance and strenght, definitelly better than creatine monohydrate due to better absorption and lack of water retention. When I take it I put 2 teaspoons in a glass, add a bit of water so it disolves then shoot that nasty shit down my throat and wash it down with some other drink. This way you're only exposed to the taste for a second or so.

I know man Ive been using this stuff for about two months now, and it is the nastiest stuff ive ever put in my mouth, but it does work, as long as you work out hard while your using it, and you need to make sure you stay hydrated while you are using it, good luck!

Unless its preloaded type of creatine(with sugar) you need to take it with sugar, grape fruit juice is the best.

Thats what I do now, I mix it with Orange Early Rise, it tastes pretty good, but you can still taste it a lil bit, not as bad though.

Only Creatine Monohydrate needs an insulin spike to aid absorption, CEE doesnt.
