i'm back and have some questions on supplements
yep i've been gone for a bit but i got my internet running so i'll be posting regularly again.
first, i've been lifting around 4 instead of 10 pm but i still feel a bit sleepy
so i've been hearing about the supplements green magnitude, purple wraath, white flood
first for my next creatine should i buy green magnitude or stick with sizeon
second, i get sleepy and if i can only buy one of these to help with some energy which should i go with purple wraath or white flood
