In your video you drop your *punching hand* really low,to your HIP at times, then throw a body shot with it.
Where I train, that gets you punched in the face, hard.
** Specifically look at 2:12-2:17 of the video those two body shots you toss, you are going to eat a big fat hook every time if you drop your hands to throw the shots**
I have always found it better if you are going to switch levels during a combination like that to actually bend your knees and dip down (think deep knee bends) like you are working a bob and weave thing, keeping your jaw protected by both the non punching hand and the punching arm's shoulder.
You throw the punch the exact same as if you were standing straight up normally, the only difference comes in the fact that you are dipped down and still protected.
I hope that helps clear that up. It makes sense in my head when I write it out, but I train it that way. Did anyone else get what I was tryin to say?
