I want to Burn "visceral fat" but to maintain subcutaneous fat
I have both visceral and subcutaneous fat but I want to get rid of visceral fat for health reasons.
I read that you can exercise with weight trainning and jogging (I also do Judo)and you can decrease visceral fat but I want to keep having subcutaneous fat or increase it.
Is this possible and with what kind of diet?
Visceral fat is easier to get rid of believe it or not, than subq fat. Do a lot winds sprints, cut down on starchy carbs and eat a lot of greens. It doesn't matter which kind. With weight training do a lot of high reps with free weights.
