My dying need to fight has finally been answered by an invitation to participate in a Smoker MMA Match.
So basically my training plan is looking like:
Monday-1 BJJ Class(2 Hours)
Wensday-Boxing Private Lesson(1 Hour)
Friday-BJJ(1 and a 1/2 Hour's)/Sparring Later On In The Day
Saturday-Muay Thai Private Lessons(1 Hour)
It costed me a shit load of cash to get the privates because my schedule is all messed up. An I don't get to spar as often, but it's not that bad. I usually do conditioning on my own, mostly bodyweight, and running. Im fighting at around 135, and I do use some dumbells but I don't do much weight training.
