Exclamation need help for a diet to loose 9 lbs in 2 months

i got a fight in 2 months and i need to loose 9 lbs butttt im already 154.45 lbs, 6" tall, and im close to all muscle except in my core area. any tips on how to loose this bullshit 9 lbs i cant seem to shake...btw i gotta weigh in at 145....aka hella little

you can cut 9 lbs if you have to. But untill then just eat a really good low calorie diet, but dont overdo it. Like have a salad, some grilled chicken, nuts, fruits, etc. Just stay away from man made foods, salt, sugar, saturated fat, stuff like that and cut your calorie intake down a little. Just remember to eat after you weigh in so you gain some lost energy, water, and weight back

dudes its 9ibs...one hard day in the gym on the tread mill...your 2 months out. ive cut 5 ibs in a sauna the night before a fight, 9ibs to much out is nothing man.
