That really comes down to the calories you are burning compared to the calories you are taking in. If you are looking to add more stuff to your schedule, you should also focus on adding some more food into your diet, and focusing on getting proper sleep/rest.
I think if you wanted to add something on T/Th it'd be fine to do stuff like tire flipping or sled dragging, etc. I would also add in some stretching and calisthenics like previously stated, or some plyometric stuff. Stuff from Rosstraining would be good too:
