It's crap, stay away from it. I can offer suggestions for alternate supplements if you want, just let me know what your training goals are and we can go from there.

You can accomplish most of that through the right training and diet. If you really want to get some supplements, start with some creatine monohydrate and protein powder/shakes first. Anything more than that won't benefit you that much.
