Professional female MMA Question

I'm a female and I'm looking into and starting to train to become a female MMA fighter. So i just wanted to know if anyone knew any specifics or training routines I should do to help me get into physical shape.

I moved this thread to the training and nutrition section. Feel free to look around as there's a lot of advice already on here.

As far as developing physical conditioning, there's a way of just getting into shape that's worth starting with.

I use bodyweight and kettlebell routines because I hate weight machines, but find a routine that pushes you and that you can tolerate doing two, three or four times a week, and start doing it.

That's generally where you should start as far as conditioning.

And start learning techniques.
