I had a posting before but I just figured out how to get to this part of the forum lol. I'm an 18 year old female and I'm looking into becoming an MMA fighter professionally. My question is what are some good physical workout routines to help me get into the shape I need to and build some muscle. I'm looking for a good 3 4 5 time a week workout.
Are you trying to get into shape before you start training at a school, and have you even checked to see what schools are in your area? Depending on what's available, it might be wise to hold off on any routines until you know what your options are.
