im new to mma - need training and nutrition

hi everyone, im 17 and hav been doin mma for a few months now at my local gym, its time now for me to get serious about mma, please if anyone has any useful training and/or diet guides, then please reply with them thank you.

My advice for training is to just keep training. Go to as many classes as you can, and train hard.

kick_out has a little shameless behaviour in the past
get a set schedule goin and don't start to slack cause even if you miss just a few days its gonna fell like your starting over the very next time you train

your 17, its not time to get serious...

as far as diet tips go...your 17...

as far as training tips go, take a sleeping bag and live int he gym, your 17, you can train all day
