Supplements

Hey guys,

I try my best to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, but still don't manage to eat enough.

A friend of mine who is huge into weight lifting recommended I try something similar to this product.

Have you used a similar product?

If so, what brand, and how much did it cost? I'm thinking what the hell, why not give it a shot, you know?

Ya a daily greens is a good supplement, more of a vitamin really, but it's good. I just have some cheap stuff from the Vitamin Shoppe; I don't think I spent more than 15 bucks. I would just go to a local place like GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe and buy one of the cheaper brands.

I mean, unless you like that super cool lizard-dude.

Thanks for your input! :)

Hahhaha. I was reading about Jeff Curran and just happened to venture over to his site. As much as I like the Big Frog, I hate overpaying for stuff, especially stuff like whey protein and nutritional crap. :)
