Wanting to start MMA
 
i am completely new to MMA when it comes to acctually doing it i am 18 and i weigh a pittiful 60kg i did boxing for a year when i was 11 but my trainer was arrested and the gym closed so it went out the window i smoke but am starting to cut down and eventually quit i am unfit due to smoking so all in all im in a very crap physical condition is it worth me starting cause i would really like to

You're asking if it's worth getting in shape? Of course. Just jump into it, you won't regret it. Not everyone in an MMA gym is in great shape (at least not the beginners) so you won't feel out of place or anything.
