Here is something that never crossed my mind before... Recently saw a post on a Russian forum - someone calling AminoAcids a compressed protein
Looks like protein is pretty much just a source of amino acids.
Anyone know the difference between those two? why the hell would any one want to drink shakes (beside getting full) if you can simply gulp down couple of tabs? Amino acid tabs look like a much more efficient way to get needed building supplies.
Am i missing something here?
