Im gonna start trainging for mma and was just wondering what fighting styles should I have as a base fighting styles. I was thinking of learning atleast 2 maybe 3 different styles just so that I have more then one style of fighting. I wrestled when I was in school so I know alot about that but I wanna learn some other styles so I have more to use in fights.

I'm an experienced Martial Artist.

If you have never learned how to kick or punch before I'd advise you to go learn some basic karate for a year at least. So that you have some sort of foundation. Then after, I'd start building on that with martial arts that have more complex movements such as kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai and so forth.

Foundation is key.
