Natural Fat Burners?
I want to lose some extra fat off my body. I work out a couple hours a day about 5 or 6 times a week. I'm trying to see if there is any food or drinks or anything I can take that will help get rid of some of the extra body fat I have on my body. Any suggestions?

Spicy foods such as jalapenos etc. Also try slimfast depending on how much body fat you want to lose. Spicy foods work for me though

would a full blown meal replacement drop his calories too drastically? resulting in like a screwy metabolism and more harm than good?
And i have heard spice kicks up the metabolism, but i never looked for any supporting info |
I'm not saying use it as a FULL meal replacement, but maybe for breakfast,drink some along with some oats. Or maybe even use it for one or two of your six daily meals, or a snack. It's whatever you want to do, you know yourself and your limits more than me. Just be careful and patient and dont try to over do it :)
