I want to lose some extra fat off my body. I work out a couple hours a day about 5 or 6 times a week. I'm trying to see if there is any food or drinks or anything I can take that will help get rid of some of the extra body fat I have on my body. Any suggestions?
I'm not saying use it as a FULL meal replacement, but maybe for breakfast,drink some along with some oats. Or maybe even use it for one or two of your six daily meals, or a snack. It's whatever you want to do, you know yourself and your limits more than me. Just be careful and patient and dont try to over do it
