I doubt there will be any difference as you are eating the egg regardless no matter what form you cook it. They are a great option in the morning as the protein fills you up for a long period of time over cereal.
Doesn't really matter although eggs in the morning with whole-meal toast because as I stated above it will fill you up throughout the day so I would advise the morning.
I can recommend eggs in the evening too, as long as you skip the toast.
