I doubt there will be any difference as you are eating the egg regardless no matter what form you cook it. They are a great option in the morning as the protein fills you up for a long period of time over cereal.

Just cook them, it tastes much better and the nutritional difference is just as good. Also, eat your yolks!

You should do it my way, and have both.

Doesn't really matter although eggs in the morning with whole-meal toast because as I stated above it will fill you up throughout the day so I would advise the morning.

Or you could go along with this depending on calorie intake throughout day.

Well if you had to choose one or the other, then morning for sure. Make sure that toast is wheat bread though, only consume white bread directly after training.

Realistically though, you can have eggs at every single meal and you'll be fine.

I can recommend eggs in the evening too, as long as you skip the toast.
