Musicwise eminem "lose yourself" I'm not even and eminem fan but the song motivates me.
A while ago a British newspaper interviewed dozens of top-flight football players ("soccer" if you're Irish, Australian or North American) about what they listened to before a game. "Lose Yourself" was by far the most popular- I think more than half of them picked that.

MMA Training -- I visualize my opponent and think of how a real fight would play out if I don't perfrect my technique and work hard.

Weights/Cardio -- Try to think of the good I'm doing my body and how it will benefit me in a fight. And also I think of how hard other guys are probably training and I have to keep up with them.

Pain I endure during training pushes me because it pisses me off so much so that I want to get rid of the "source" of it.

Music is mildly motivating. But the pain is what really does it.

Embrace the pain...train hard bro...TRAIN!

A woman as motivation... Hmmm.... Never thought about that. I tend to kick women out physically and mentally when I train because just about EVERYTHING they do can be a distraction.... Right down to their yapping.

Good on you for experiencing the opposite.

I think music is the biggest part of my workout, when I used to walk 3 miles every morning to my uncles to work out all i'd do is listen to music and it's speed everything up. When I worked out it was nothing but hardcore music like Pantera, KoRn, Rammstein, just very hardcore stuff that gets your blood pumping.

I have been doing security in nightclubs/bars for about 8 years now. What keeps me training and constantly trying to improve myself is getting myself to a point where I can handle any troublemaker one on one. Plus alot of times taking people out of the club we are outnumbered 3 (or more) to 1 anyway, so being more in shape helps.
