That API vid on youtube is great!!

50 minutes of hard cardio and conditioning but im sure that it would have HUGE rewards!! Especially the gas mask part, making the lungs work hard!!!

Hydration is the key, you can have enough water on board, ive been trying to keep it to around 8 pints per day, maybe more if its a warm day.. Peeing like a race horse!!!!

Lol, you don't eat meals. What you eat barely constitutes a snack. Two eggs for breakfast?

It pisses me off when people say "toned". WTF is toned, your muscles don't get "toned" or shapely...

Two eggs is nothing!!!

I would say a bowl of oats, maybe 4-5 whites and a piece of fruit..preferably bananas...Complex carbs, Protein and Potassium all rolled into one meal...YUM!

I find it hard taking a lot of small meals throughout the day. Does anybody have any food lans that I can work from? I prefer chicken and steaks, any potato or veg, Im allergic to nuts and dont like fish whatsoever...

If you can help with a meal plan that would be cool!!

Im glad people reply to my posts, in other forums people just read and ignore...seems like ive hit the jackpot with this one! Thanks everybody.

Wow, I haven't even been a dick to you. However I had I'd probably have pointed out that going onto an internet forum to ask for advice and not only ignoring what people were telling you, but refusing to even engage with them in a discussion is pretty stupid. If I was being a dick I'd tell you the amount you are eaitng isn't going to get you anywhere but burned out and your use of terms like "toned" and "cut" and referral to your massage course nutrition classes paint you as a complete ******* newcomer to the training world, which I guess isn't surprising wince you started doing MMA a month ago and used to weigh 300lbs. In short, **** you(sorry tox, I lasted as long as I could) if you are going to come on here looking for adivce and throw it back in the face of people who give it to you when you don't like what you hear.

Oh and where did I get it from? Hmm, lets see

like today i had 2 boiled eggs in the morning, then protien, then a chicken sandwich, later on a fruit salad, later protein again then went training afterwards...

Quote:

11:30AM - WHEY protien w/water
12AM - 15 almonds
2PM - half an Apple
3:30PM - WHEY protien w/water
4PM - half a peach
6PM - peach yogurt
7:30PM - WHEY protien w/water
8PM - chicken soup (home made)
9PM probably head ot the gym and afterwards call it a day
From the thread you posted.

Well diet is pretty subjective to the person. I'm afraid trial and error is really gonna be your route.
I'm talking quantity here, since you seem to know a bit about what you should be eating already.

If you are having difficulty gaining wegiht/getting bigger, eat more food. That is the problem 90% of the time with people.

Also eat your yolks!
