For my conditioning at the minute ive got a large holdall which ive filled with little plastic sand bags and ive been doing bent rows and squats etc with them, i will get progressivly heavier over time...
Nutrition is my down fall really, i have tried many different varieties but it seems like hit and miss when it comes to gaining any good lean muscle weight, i am tall with slim build so I find it hard to pack it in, i dont want to body buld, just have decent size and strength lean muscle, but will all the power and explosivmenss that i need...
