The Old Jump Rope

Well I am getting bored of running all the time so what do you guys think about jumping rope? Seems to be a pretty good alternative. Basically I'm trying to lose some more fat.

Anyone skip on a regular basis?

I hop 20 min every morning and night. its awsome for foot work and endurence.

i include a ton of jumproping in my workouts, its great for cardio, footwork, and its fun
