Post Videos of you and your training
Yeah, I want to see more of you guys training! Post videos of everything, sparring, heavy bag, weightlifting, cardio, but plz not golf.
I started with squats 2 months ago and here is a video of mine squatting 110 Kilogramms 5 times (5x5 scheme).
