What foods are healthy and not high in calories?

I'm searching for some new food I can eat after my workouts and my off days that aren't high in calories or fat and will fill me up. Any suggestions?

after workouts you should be drinking protein shakes. myoplex is what i drink.

as far as a mid day snack. Any fruit I like red grapes or oranges sometimes a banana. A slice of whole wheat bread with simply jiff peanut butter on it. low fat sugar yogurt.

after workout snack should be high protein to kick up metabolism and increase mussel. high protein bars or shakes are the best for you man.
