Currently a ketogenic dieter... been working my ass off to since January to get into shape to start training Muay Thai... 40lbs of bodyfat lost and here I am almost ready to start getting kicked in the head LOL
Recently started a system of hybrid targeted and cyclical ketogenic dieting to finish out the process... take off the last body fats and put on a little bit more muscle mass
I'm holding steady 4200-4700 calories/day... but I know will have to increase that macro a lot more which isn't a big deal to me (to sustain the extra punishment of two-three extra training sessions per week).
My question is, do MMA fighters use ketogenic dieting during training? If so, what kind of keto diet do they use (targeted, cyclical - I'm betting a combo of both like myself)?
