Can this help me lose weight or do I have no chance?

Alright so just for starters I'm 190, 5'10.5" its mostly fat

I've started MMA about a month ago and have notice I have started to slim down but have not lost weight (assuming I'm building muscle from getting the shit kicked out of me every time )

I wanted to start P90x but my schedule if difficult to do the workouts everyday and go to the mma classes

I have been trying to do what P90x says by just loading up on protein and cutting carbs and fats.

So an average day for me for eating would be something along the lines of this

Breakfast:
protein shake with skim milk
(if hungry I'll make some egg white about 4)

Morning snack:
bran muffin

Lunch:
sliced low sodium/low fat turkey

Afternoon snack( generally after workout):
Protein shake with skim milk, and a banana

Dinner:

6" subway sandwich on whole wheat with turkey (double meat) or chicken, loaded with the vegetables and a little bit of mustard.

No eating for 3+ hours before bed
Drink only water with the occasion diet soda limited to 1 per day max

So my question is can I lose weight with this? My goal right now isn't to build muscle though I don't mind doing that but I want my gut flat (I want to stop carrying around the dead weight)

Also if I can't lose weight with this what should I change?
Do I have room in this so I can "cheat" once a week or so

Also how long would it take to start seeing some results?

Thanks in advance

If you've been doing it for a month and have noticed that you're getting slimmer then you're obviously doing something right. Getting in shape is never a quick fix, more like a permanent change of lifestyle. And yes muscle weigh a bit more than fat, so you might initially get slimmer without getting lighter.

Get yourself a measuring tape and start measuring your waist and chest circumferences, that's usually more reliable than checking your weight (although you want to continue doing that too). If your waist is getting smaller, then you're losing fat, and if your chest is getting bigger (without your waist doing the same thing) then you're gaining muscles.

Jon83 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
you have to make your workout a priority, I have a crazy schedule and still manage to train 2-3 times a day, 24 hours in a day. You have mention that you are trying to cut fat and carbs, be careful, eat good fat and good carbs, you do need carbs when trainning mma. you eat 5 times a day, I suggest you eat 6-8 meals a day. breakfest is very important especially if you want to cut weight, as soon as you wake up drink water and eat, it will kickstart your metabolism. Drink alot of water, helped me alot.
