yeah, if you keep training, your a dickhead.
If your already on meds that is good. look that the bottle.
It should say, how many to take par day, then divide that by how many are in the bottle, that your be your exact #.
even if the staph looks and feel completley gone, but you still have pills left, TAKE EVERY SINGLE ONE ON TIME.
If you dont, it will come back 5 times stronger.

I neglected a staph infection one time, and it got into my bloodstream, so I have to so a surgery were they drained the infected area, then I had to stay at the hospital for 4 days attached to an IV of antibiotics.
It was no fun.
So dont take it lightly.

A conscientious gym will basically kick you out until you are cleared by a doctor. Staph infections can be deadly and you honestly have a moral obligation to stay out of the gym until you are cleared by a doctor. Finish your antibiotics completely, rest, and drink lots of water.

Also clean your gear with antibacterial wash/spray as well as all of your clothing, gym bag, etc. I'd recommend a good Lysol spray down of pretty much any surface at your home and vehicle.

Wish you a full and healthy recovery!
