Constructive critisism please....I know that its boring getting the same questions
Recently started MMA and i have put together what i am working towards nutritionally and workout wise...
Just for reference really and if you have comments then please critisize all you want....
NUTRITION
6am - 30 Mins Cardio - 6 Eggs (poached with wholemeal bread)
8am - Protein Shake
10am - Porridge Oats and large glass of water.
12noon - Tuna Sandwiches/Baked Potato with tuna.
3pm - Gainer supplyment (carb)
6pm - Chicken Breast/Steak/Tuna Steak with Bolied potatoes and veg.
7PM - WORKOUT
8.30Pm - Protein Shake
10PM - Large glass of water and 2 table spoons of peanut butter.
Workout wise I have got this up to now.
Monday -
AM - 30 Mins Cardio (jump rope)
PM - 3 x 5 minute rounds on the bag and resistance training.
Tuesday
AM - 30 mins Cardio (jump rope)
PM - MMA Class for 2 hours
Wednesday -
AM - 30 mins Jog
PM - NEEDS FILLING WITH SOMETHING PROACTIVE
Thursday
AM - 30 mins Cardio (jog)
PM - MMA CLass - 2 hours
Friday -
AM - 30 mins Cardio (jump rope)
PM - 3 x 5 minute ronds on the bag and resistance training.
Saturday -
Am - 60 minutes cardio (jog and jump rope)
PM - Interval Training at my local field (sandbag runs, sprints, pressups and sit ups)
This is what i have put together myself from looking at the forums and many mma websites that offer advice...ive only just become involved but this routine seems to fit well around my work and the nutritional part may be a little basic but i very picky when it comes to foods....
Stick your comments on, and maybe i can take your advice and incorparate it in ....
