hey everyone. I have just had one of those weeks where I have no motivation to train on the mats.
So I missed a whole week of grappling because of it.
Obviously Im gonna make up for it by going more next week.
Would usualy be going twice vbut im goin 4 or 5 times instead to catch up.
So Im guessing everyone gets these days or am i the only one. Also how do you deal with them?
I quit for 2 years before dont wanna do it again lol
