So the question is what do you guys put in your protein shakes, and which protein powder do you use?
I am starting to get tired of the only one I ever make which is
2 scoops of powder
a little bit less then a glass of skim milk
a banana (sometimes use some berries but the banana taste better)
I use the 90% whey protein from walmart that comes in 600g containers (vanilla flavor)
I have tried it just with water and hated it
I also tried the root beer flot but nearly puked (and still do thinking of it lol)
so what do you guys do?
