I'm not an advocate for steroids not do i take or have ever taken them... but please know the facts before you everyone starts making false claims. Steroids don't give you roid rage... they do however magnify your personality so if you are already an angry person you will just be a big angry person. They do shrink your testicles but those go back when you stop and your body starts producing at its natural testosterone level. Protein don't make your muscles big, in fact no supplement alone, including steroids, will make you big you must have complete health. Workout, food and sleep.

My recommendations: Pre-workout including creatine and an NO. Squats and deadlifts every week which are the only two workouts proven to release testosterone. post workout that includes glutamine. Whey after your workout and caseine before you go to sleep. And like mentioned earlier cardio and a low fat diet.

Everyone wants to be a fighter

Research your supplements as well

The best way to ensure you get the results you want is to take care of your body with proper eating and proper nutrition. Of course, if we all knew how to eat properly we wouldn't need supplements. I am part of the BJJSupplements.com research team and we have quite a few articles on where to start. I would certainly recommend a good creatine, glutamine, and arginine combo product like Reload from Brawl www.brawlnutrition.com, Gaspari lines www.gasparinutrition.com, or even Iceman RX. Avoid the mainstream crap like no-xplode, SuperPump 250, or Xyience...just our humble opinion! Good luck!

Creatine is actually a great supplement to be taking,

mono-hydrate creatine is the creatine that will result in water retention, you can take tri-creatines which will give you the same results as mono hydrate without all the water retention. and can help increase your strength

the best thing personally is to take a stack(combination of supplements). Taking protein alone is not a bad thing at all. but if you want great results, stick to whey protein, BCAA supplement(building blocks of protein), tri-creatine, glutamine, multi vitamins.

of course the best way to get strength is to stick to your training plan.

hope i helped a bit.

Creatine and beta alanine combo... Both are good by themselves, but together they're great... By far the best combo for strength, other than prohormones/steroids

"Swollen" by Nutrabolics is my favourite supplement. It increases my lifts tremendously and is take in a pill form so you know you're getting a proper dosage each time.
