What are the best strength supplements?

yes i work out, and i also do mma. i was wondering what are the best supplements for strength(legal). i want something that would still keep your strength even after you stop using it. nothing like creatine where the muscle is just water. something that gives you strength not just for a short period of time but also long term. im taking whey right now. i dont care much about muscle mass or size etc. (but it would be good) i care the most about STRENGTH
im 17 years old and im starting the p90x.

thanks:confused02:

First, you're using P90x, which won't get you strong. And muscles are almost all water, which is why creatine works, and there is nothing that after you stop taking that "gives strength" even steroids and prohormones stop working once you cycle off them.

Dude seriously, if you want to get big quicker than usual use steroids. Other than that just eat protein, watch your bad fat intake, and cardio your ass off.

yha steroids are great! lol :thumb02:

no but seriously the shakes I use are called myoplex they have allot of protein in them and the dont taste like shit either. The same gos for their protein bars.

look in to that. It works great for me.

Now I am serious this time.
Stay away from steroids!!!!You dont want to be the next chris benoit.

well obviously not "give strength". I work out too. This is what i meant.

When you take creatine and stop using them, your strength goes down and also your size. You'll still be better than you were before you started working out but not as strong as you were when taking creatine. Like whey...when you take it then stop using it..you wont be weaker and lose your size.

o ya....
what do you mean p90x doesnt help you get stronger? I've known people who could only do like 5 push ups before they tried p90x and now can do like 30-40. That was a silly thing to say.

lol i compete in amatuer fights. no steroids for me. other than that...thanks. Ill stick to my protein.

LOL chris benoit..no doubt. I dont even think about taking steroids. I heard it makes your "fireman" small.

Being able to do 20 more pushs after 3 months isn't really that good of an indicator that the program helps you get strong...

Well I guess I can see where your going. Maybe I'll try kettlebells, I heard their real good but very expensive.

Look up Rippetoes Starting Strength, it is hands down the best beginner's strength program.
