New to training

Im 19 years old, 5'9 and a small 140 pounds. Im trying to bulk up to about 155 or 160 and I was wondering what the best way to do this would be. Im new to weight lifting for about 1 month and so far I max out at 155 pounds.

I dont have a problem picking up people my size and slamming them around but I would still like to know some good techniques for getting stronger at slams and throws.

The last time i checked my body fat level it was 9% but that wasnt on a very accurate scale. Im far from fat but I do wish my abs would show more. Im currently doing ab workouts to get them bigger but Im curious as to how bulking up to 155 will affect how my abs look as well as my current body fat levels.

If Im eating a lot but I work out hard and do cardio exercises will I still be able to bulk up but stay cut, or will I have to bulk up first and then cut fat?

THanks in advance for any advice or answers.

dekd has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Well to get bigger, you need to eat above your maintenance calories. If your reasonable about it, and don't eat a bunch of crap you should be better off. I'd gain the size, and then cut any fat you accumulated
