Yeah I wouldn't be doing any extra cardio. Just a few sets here and there to keep the blood flowing.
I've got my supplementation down as well, so I think that would help a bit in the recovery area.
I'll probably start with 1 class a day the first week, then move up to 2 classes a day.
I'm hoping this helps me lose the fat I have to, cause I really want to get rid of it.
