I have been working on my strength, cardio, and conditioning but I am still at 220 lbs. Besides working out harder, I need to get on a diet because I haven't been on one. I have just avoiding eating sweets and junk food. What are some of the diet plans you guys are on and what do they consist of? I am 6'1 and I have seen some fighters being lean and looking good at 205 lbs and they are the same height as me. My goal is to be 185 lbs but I would be okay at 205 lbs. Can you guys help me by sending me a good diet plan and what it consists of? I am kind of bulky but I want to be leaner. I keep fighting heavy weights and these guys are BIG so if you guys could help me, I would appreciate it.
