New to MMA

Hi I am new to MMA as training goes but i want to start because i want to be a fighter, i am 18 and pretty athletic but i dont know much about the nutrition or training i will need to do so can anyone help me out with a diet and a general routine i can do to help get in shape?

Join a good gym, be humble, and milk your training partners for every scrap of technique you can get. The nutrition and training parts of your question will work themselves out from there.
