Questions about muscle milk

Do anyone of you recomend it? And when would be a good time to use it. I was thinking maybe at night after my last workout before I goto bed

Depends on what your goals are but a great time is within 30 min. of lifting weights. I heven't used muscle milk but my friends that have prefer Monster Milk or Syntha 6. Sometimes I will take protein when I don't want a really heavy meal too.

It's awesome. I'm an avid Muscle Milk drinker. At this point it's safe to say I'm addicted. All the fat, well not all but about 90% of it is lean lipids, which help you burn fat not store it.

I'd recommend it to anyone. I have two muscle milk shakes a day (one upon waking up, one before bed). Chocolate is awesome, throw 2 & 1/2 scoops in 16 oz of water and you'll be all set.

The contents in it aren't all that great though. It's superb as a meal replacement but probably isn't worth of being a post workout shake; that's why Cytosport released Monster Milk.

You have little to no idea what you're talking about.

Muscle Milk's a good protein. I think its big advatange is its taste. I personally use BSN Syntha6 purely for superficial reasons. The vanilla is amazing.

Pre, peri, and postworkout nutrition are key. If you plan your shakes around those three times, you'll see great results.

Just keep track of your daily protein intake, and add the shakes when you need that additional protein. The only time i ever suggest a shake over a solid meal is pre and postworkout, and that's only because of its quick release.

The only complaint I've received about the taste is that the cinnamon bun was not very good. Otherwise, even the women who hate about everything, love the taste.
