2. I'm pretty sure the nutrition label would expand on its ingredients and include the small creatine serving in there.

3. Yes, it isn't enough creatine to provide gains the way regular monohydrate or other creatine products would. I've experimented with different creatine products now and then but I'm not all that interested in doing so again so I don't really care.

Well I posted the above bcause i copied it from the label and there is a link if you take the time to lok you can see exactly whats in there......

Sorry you dont like the product I take that happens to also have my creatine in it.........

Last time I checked this was a thread asking for advice, not for someone to critique what other people post.......

NYPhenom hit the nail on the head... Does it really contain enough creatine to make a difference.

There is no need for you to make statements like that.......

You've been here a while so you understand that this is a public forum and that people are entitled to post what they want or feel and shouldnt get attacked for it.........

Proprietary Muscle Volumizing, NO2, Insulinotrophic Matrix

Proprietary Branched Chain Ethyl Ester Amino Acid Matrix

Proprietary, they don't tell you how much is in the blend which is what we want to know. You can safely assume its a pre-wo product first with creatine in it. How much? We cannot say.

I could make a super-1337-mega-crazy-uBER drink called "Power Blast," say it is an advanced protein drink with EVERYTHING you need to become a beast. It could be standard whey I rename with crazy thing such as Tri-Bond Protein, Di-Peptide Whey Ethyl Ester, etc that really don't make a shizstorm of a difference. It would be the standard protein serving per scoop of ~23g (but I won't say how much). I can then proceed to sprinkle 1mg of Creatine, Arginine, Caffeine, beta-alanine, glycerol, etc EVERYTHING you NEED.....................in a negligible amount. It would be called on the label a "Proprietary Advanced Revolutionary Workout Matrix," of 25,000mg. Of that 25,000mg protein takes up 23,000mg. 2,000mg for all the extras are left.

Dude I posted the link so you could see for yourselves.....If it doesnt tell you what you want I dunno what to tell you but it does have creatine in it......how much we cannot say.....the highlighted portion of your post I agree with.......

I never had any other point to make other than thats the product I take and that its got the Creatine I intake daily in it.......

Everything else is semantics....This thread isnt about the specifics of what I take but rather the pro's and con's of powder vs. caps and whether or not the OP should be taking Creatine......lets get back on track!!!!!

That's not what your first post was. You gave the OP reference to NO Shotgun because you had thought it's primary purpose was as a creatine supplement.
