Alot of the guys I work out wit swear by the "caveman diet", google it for details as I'm personally not that familiar with it.
What has worked for me is this.
1) drink 1-2 gal of water to flush everything out of your system
2) SMALL PORTIONS for your diet. 6 meals/day. Eat every 2 hours, again, small portions - hungry is good. Take a multi- vitamin to ensure your getting all nutrients. I eat at 8, 10, 12,2,4, 6-7. Protein shakes take the place of a meal.
3) Eat NOTHING after 6PM
4) In addition to your normal workout routine, do an extra 30 min of cardio on a treadmill or eliptical.
5) NO SALT - cut it where you can
This should get you pretty close if you're disciplined and don't cheat. All of this should increase your overall metabolism which will help you burn more calories.
