Good day to day workout?

Hey guys i was wondering if running a mile a day after doin some barbells then going home and do some pushups then hit the bag would be good days workout. 5 days a week. Good cardio or what?

It would depend on your goals.

If you do weight training, push ups and THEN hit the bag you'll likely find your triceps are toast and your striking won't have the snap, power or endurance you'd normally have/
