Basically im new to this forum and the whole concept of MMA and UFC. I've been a viewer for around a year now and i've been looking into many Gyms and training centres in my area. Im more or less looking for a good training session for preperation into the new training centre. I weight roughly 140/150 pounds and stand around 5 foot 10 inches.
I just wanted to know what sort of training i would need to to gain an efficent level of fitness to begin the proper training at the gym.
My circuit currently looks like this;
Hammer curls - 20kg
Tricep Extensions - 20kg
Shoulder Press - 20kg
Sit and Twist
Truck rotations - 20kg
Each station is carried out for 1 minute with an 30 second interval, is this okay?
I also go for a 30 minute hog daily on the beach and this is carried out 5 days a week. Can i have some reconmendations or suggestions please for a good starting work out?
