nah they dont unfortunately. I do work on my game at home when I get the chance. Im serious about training too. Used to fight and I want to do a few comps. Im mainly a wrestler coz thats what I started with.
The schedual is usualy
monday- weights
Tuesday- weights
Wednesday- BJJ
Thursday- weights
Friday- BJJ
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- MMA every 2 weeks or rest
I try for at least 2 sessions on the mats a week.
I used to only hit the mats once a week and fought with that.
But that was a few years ago
