Starting a mma class on thursday

I havent really dieted or trained in...
well a while.

I kind of would like some info
or maybe to be pointed in the right direction for some info.

If im going to do this i want to do it the right way.

any help would be much appreciated

you want to know how to do what? you want to know dieting advice on losing fat? cuz if thats what you want i can help. i used to weigh 168 and i dropped to 125 and getting 3 inches taller, and it all took about 1 year. its a big deal to lose the equivalent of 55+ pounds in under a year by working out and eating right!

I dont get what specifically you are asking for buddy but good luck with your mma training.

well right now i eat out all the time. like burgers and soda and shit.

I don't even know where to start for weight less and proper nutrition of energy and results of training/
