I have used it for a while a few years ago. I was 6' 265lbs and dropped down to 200lbs in less than 2 months. I didn't do any cardio just lifting 4-5 days a week and getting out of the house and doing things. Most of the loss came from changing my nutrition and being more active but it is a light thermo and appetite suppresant. I have used better thermogenics (raises core temp) that help you burn more than you normally would.
If you want to take burners to increase core temp and burn more just remember nutrition is very important and lots of water. When I lost my weight all I did was cut out fast food, fried food, cheese, NO SODA!, cut back sodium, no processed sugar, and drink lots of water, started eating grilled chicken breast, steamed veggies, lean meat sandwiches, no meals after 9pm. Like right now I am drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day. Then I started lifting and bulked back up to 220lbs and am now cutting to 185lbs for a fight, so it's a little different then before.
